About the Creator
I’m Daniele Bonini, creator of Refleksa®. Born in Italy, now based in the UK. Over the years I’ve worked across many different industries — each one taught me that technology should feel human, not cold.
Refleksa® was born from late nights, curiosity, and the desire to create something that listens, supports, and feels emotionally present.
My vision is simple: bring empathy into technology. Refleksa® is not just a gadget, but a digital companion designed to calm, motivate, and connect with people in their daily lives.

Is Refleksa hardware or software?
Both. We prototype on smart mirrors and compatible displays. For pilots, we can provide a pre-configured unit or collaborate with partners who supply the screen. The software powers voice, emotion cues and visuals.
Which languages does it support?
Today: English. Planned: multilingual (Italian first) as models, TTS and UX are validated.
How do you handle privacy and data?
Minimal retention. Voice is processed for intent/emotion in real time. Pilot logs are opt-in and used only to improve quality. No third-party selling.
Does it work offline?
Core conversation needs internet. Visual interface can show basics with limited connectivity.
Planned integrations?
Calendar/reminders, wellness routines and ambient content first. For venues: check-in flows and daily briefings.
Suitable for seniors or care?
Yes — calm voice, clear visuals and routine support. Accessibility is a priority.
How much does it cost?
